Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dose-N-Cure, your satisfaction and health are our top priorities. This policy explains the terms for returning products and receiving refunds. Please read carefully, as some items—particularly prescription medicines—are non-returnable due to safety standards and legal regulations.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are permitted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or faulty item.

  • A product was sent in error.

  • Unopened, non-prescription items in their original packaging may qualify for return.

Please be aware:

  • Prescription drugs are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, tampered with, or damaged, due to health regulations.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Terms

Orders may be cancelled in the following situations:

  • Out of Stock: If unavailable, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund issued.

  • Purchase Limit Breach: Orders exceeding allowed quantity may be cancelled.

  • Customer Request: Orders can be cancelled if not yet shipped.

  • Unpaid Orders: Non-payment leads to automatic cancellation.

  • Disputes: Orders flagged for authenticity or fraud concerns may be cancelled.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email dose4cure@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Mention your order number and issue details.

  2. Proof of Purchase: For damaged items, images may be required.

  3. Approval: Once verified, we’ll share return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, Dose-4-Cure covers return shipping.

  • For eligible, unopened non-prescription items, customers cover the return shipping.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Transit Damage/Loss: A full refund or replacement will be provided.

  • Partial Deliveries: You’ll be charged only for the received items; the rest will be refunded.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: Contact us with images. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear in your original payment method.

  • If not received within this time, reach out to our support team.

  • Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Prescription medicines

  • Used or opened over-the-counter products

  • Items lacking original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Tampered wellness or hygiene items

Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. In case of defective or incorrect products, please request a return and choose between a refund or replacement.
